1. Definitions

Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. We conduct KYC checks to prevent money laundering, underage gambling, fraud, and identity theft. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.4 Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to verification). Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened. 5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.3 Togel (Lottery)

Togel lottery draws (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau) are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery organizations. In rare cases of disputed or delayed official results, gt1080 will wait for confirmation before settling bets. Bets placed after the official draw time (as determined by server timestamp) are void.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

gt1080 may impose maximum win limits on certain bet types or game categories. These limits will be clearly stated in specific game rules or betting market information. Standard account holders face higher restrictions than VIP members. Limits exist to manage platform risk and ensure long-term sustainability.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Sharing your Account with other individuals
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location
• Employing bots, automated betting systems, or third-party software to place bets
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage

• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Money laundering or using gt1080 for purposes other than personal entertainment

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits and winnings), and potential legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

gt1080's total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property
